“Ride to the Future” is a bicycle fundraising campaign for Binti Scholars in Morogoro who face significant challenges, including walking long distances to and from school every day. Approximately 40% of Binti Shupavu scholars in Morogoro walk at least 16 km daily spending four hours to reach school and another four to return home, and these schools are the nearest compared to any other school around them. These exhausting walks hinder their ability to participate fully in their school sessions, leading to a loss of interest in school, increased dropout rates, and poor performance caused by low class attendance, making it hard for them to achieve their dreams.
